Congratulations on your acceptance into your Faculty-led Study Abroad Program!
The HACC Center for Global Education (CGE) is pleased with your decision to participate in a HACC study abroad program, and know it will be a life-enriching opportunity and likely one of the highlights of your college experiences. To best prepare for your program, please review and complete the enrollment documents online and follow up with the CGE staff or your Program Faculty Leader with any questions.
In order for the CGE to officially enroll in your study abroad program, you will need to complete the following enrollment forms online:
1) Rights & Responsibilities
2) Student Statement of Responsibility and Disclosure
3) Agree to pay and print the appropriate Deposit Form for your travel course
4) Pay the $300 non-refundable deposit
5) Provide a legible copy of your valid U.S. passport including the signature page and page with your photograph and passport information. Students holding non-U.S. passports must also submit copies of their valid passport AND any required visas for travel. If you do not have access to a scanner you are welcome to bring your passport to the CGE, located in C217 on HACC's Harrisburg Campus and copies will be made for you.

Please contact the Center for Global Education if you are not able to complete the tasks listed above within 2-weeks of your approval to participate in the travel course. Approval to participate in a course does not guarantee an actual seat in the course until ALL enrollment forms have been completed and staff in this office have physically enrolled you in the course. If you are accepted into the program within 45-days of the program's originating travel dates all required forms, documents, and payment in full of the program fee are due immediately.
