Costs and Payment

Payment in full of the program fee (less the non-refundable $300 deposit paid prior to enrollment in the course) is due 45 days prior to the program's originating date of travel. Due dates for payment in full can be found online at: http://www.hacc.edu/Students/GlobalEducation/StudyAbroad/Faculty-Led-Travel-Courses.cfm.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid can be applied to program fees for those who qualify!

Students who wish to use Financial Aid funds or to find out how much is available to you, contact the Financial Aid Office Click HERE on your campus. Be sure to have the following information available: your HACCid (H #), the travel course you are interested in, and the total number of credits you will be taking Spring or Summer term 2019 (including the credits for the travel course).

Scholarships

Scholarships of up to $1,000 - are available through HACC Foundation. Click here to go to the Online Scholarship Management System and begin the process of applying for the Brenner, Swope and Meaghan Freas Travel Awards as well as other scholarships you might qualify for. *Applying for a scholarship through HACC Foundation does not guarantee receipt of funds.*
